Molly's Meal





My friend Molly made us a beautiful dinner the other weekend, and here is what she served:
* Root veggie salad - brussel sprouts, turnips, and parsnips - baked with a dash of butter
* Avocado, pomegranate seeds, grapes, tossed with mint and red wine vinegar
* Baked tilapia with purple potato and chive and rosemary oil
