I buy veggies that are on sale, thus buy a lot, then I get home and I'm not quite sure what to do with them. I just got done with a plethora of brussels sprouts, and ended up eating them for 3 nights in a row. One night I boiled them and put them with my pasta (not so good); then the second night I sliced them and cooked them with mushrooms, craisins, pecans, and a splash of balsamic vinegar. This was so good that I made them again the third night. Nonetheless, 3 days in a row of anything will keep you away from it for awhile.
