Wondering what the hell that is? It's an "Original Peter Figuren - Inzing-Austria - Copyright 1973". I can't believe these scary faces were ever sold. Then again I guess they were made to scare people. Basically, a person would pull his tie and his eyes would roll around, he would cackle like a witch, stick out his tongue, and spit out water. As my friend Courtney and I would say, "Creeeepppyyy crawlers!"
